Baked Goat Cheese

[ INGREDIENTS ]

Marinated Goat Cheese or Feta
Fresh Thyme
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Sliced Baguette or Crackers

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Mash :
    8 - 12 Ounces Marinated Goat Cheese or Feta, Broken into Large Chunks;
    4 - 5 Sprigs Fresh Thyme; 1
    together in a small ovenproof dish.
  2. Bake at 325 F or 163 C for 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Remove the dish from the oven and drizzle with :
    2 - 3 Teaspoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil;.
  4. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.

 

 

 

[ NOTE ]

1 Or 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
