- Preheat the oven to 375 F or 190 C.
- Cut :
1 Medium Eggplant;
into strips, 1/2 to 1 inch thick strips. 1
- Next, add :
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil;
1/2 Teaspoons Sea Salt;
1/8 Teaspoons Liquid Smoke;
1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika;
to a bowl and mix together.
- Now add the strips to the bowl and toss to coat each strip.
- Lay strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add :
1/8 Teaspoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil;
to the pan to prevent sticking.
- Add the strips to the baking sheet, making sure they don't overlap.
- Bake the strips for 10 - 15 minute on one side, checking at the 10 minute mark
to avoid burning, and then turn and bake for another 15 minute.
