- Preheat oven to 400 F or 200 C.
- In a small bowl, mix :
4 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil;
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder;
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper;
1 Teaspoon Dry Basil;.
- Cut :
5 Whole Wheat Pitas into 8 Triangles;
- Place pita triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon
mat.
- Brush one side with the olive oil mixture.
- Bake pita bread for 8 to 10 minutes, until slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Season with :
Salt;
before serving.
