- Preheat the oven to 350 F or 180 C.
- Lightly grease an 8 inch x 8 inch baking dish with :
Coconut Oil;.
- In a large bowl, mix together :
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour;
1 Cup Cornmeal;
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder;
1 Teaspoons Salt;
1/4 Cup Sugar;.
- In a separate bowl, mix together :
1 Cup Almond Milk;
1 Large Egg;
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil;.
- Pour the almond milk mixture into the cornmeal mixture and fold together until
there are no dry spots.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake until the top is golden brown for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove the cornbread from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before
serving.
