Pajeon Sauce

Pajeon Sauce
1 cup / serving

 

[ INGREDIENTS ]

Water
Rice Vinegar
Soy Sauce
Gochugaru
Garlic Cloves
Ginger
Sesame Oil
Red Chile

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Combine :
    2 Tablespoons Water;
    2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar;
    6 Tablespoons Soy Sauce;
    1 Tablespoon Gochugaru; 1
    2 Garlic Cloves - Minced;
    1/4 Teaspoon Ginger - Minced;
    1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil;
    Sliced Fresh Red Chile ( Optional );
    in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Use immediately, or store for up to 2 weeks in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
  3. Shake or stir well before using.
