Radish-Ginger in Lime Juice : Hot

 

[ INGREDIENTS ]

White Radish
Fresh Ginger
Chilli Powder
Coriander Seeds
Mustard Seeds or Powder
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Lime Juice

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Combine in a jar:
    2 Cups White Radish, Scraped, Top, Tail & Chop Fine;
    1/4 Cup Fresh Ginger, Scrape & Chop Fine;
    1/3 Cup Chilli Powder;
    1/3 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds;
    1/3 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds or Powder;
    1/3 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder;
    1/4 Cup Salt;.
  2. Shake well and place the mixture in a sunny spot for 7 days.
  3. After 7 days pour in :
    2/3 Cups Lime Juice;
    and stir thoroughly.
  4. The pickle is ready for use.
  5. It lasts for 2 months.
  6. Put the mixture in a sunny spot occasionally.
