- Combine in a jar:
2 Cups White Radish, Scraped, Top, Tail
& Chop Fine;
1/4 Cup Fresh Ginger, Scrape & Chop Fine;
1/3 Cup Chilli Powder;
1/3 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds;
1/3 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds or Powder;
1/3 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder;
1/4 Cup Salt;.
- Shake well and place the mixture in a sunny spot for 7 days.
- After 7 days pour in :
2/3 Cups Lime Juice;
and stir thoroughly.
- The pickle is ready for use.
- It lasts for 2 months.
- Put the mixture in a sunny spot occasionally.
