- Chop :
1 Cup Mango;
into bite-sized chunks and put them on a lined roasting sheet.
- Cut in half :
2 Jalapenos, medium;
and add to the lined roasting sheet.
- Roast the mango and jalapenos in a 475 F or 250 C oven for 15 minutes,
or until charred.
- Add the roasted mango to :
1 Cup Mango, fresh and chopped;
into a bowl.
- Dice the roasted jalapenos, and :
2 Tablespoon Cilantro;
and mix it altogether with :
Salt, to Taste;.
- Store into a jar.
