Roasted Mango Salsa

Roasted Mango Salsa

[ INGREDIENTS ]

Mango
Jalapenos
Cilantro
Salt

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Chop :
    1 Cup Mango;
    into bite-sized chunks and put them on a lined roasting sheet.
  2. Cut in half :
    2 Jalapenos, medium;
    and add to the lined roasting sheet.
  3. Roast the mango and jalapenos in a 475 F or 250 C oven for 15 minutes, or until charred.
  4. Add the roasted mango to :
    1 Cup Mango, fresh and chopped;
    into a bowl.
  5. Dice the roasted jalapenos, and :
    2 Tablespoon Cilantro;
    and mix it altogether with :
    Salt, to Taste;.
  6. Store into a jar.
