- Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C.
- Line a 7 inch x 11 inch baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine :
 1 Cup Butter, Melted and Cooled;
 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil;
 1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar;
 1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons White Sugar;.
 
- Add :
 4 Large Eggs, Room Temperature;
 4 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract;
 1 Teaspoon Salt;.
 
- Whisk for about one minute until evenly combined and light in color.
- Over the same bowl sift :
 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour;
 1 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder;.
 
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until JUST combined (
                do NOT over mix ). 
- Fold in :
 1 Cups Large Chocolate Chips;. 
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then smooth the top.
- Generously top with : 
 1/2 Cups Large Chocolate Chips;. 
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. 1
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before removing
                from the baking tray and slicing into 16 brownies. Enjoy!
