[ INGREDIENTS ]

Banana
Frozen Cherries
Almond Milk
Sunflower Butter
Vanilla Extract
Pinch Fine Salt
Chocolate Syrup

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Place :
    1 Banana, Peeled;
    1 Cup Frozen Cherries;
    1/2 Cup Almond Milk;
    1 Tablespoon Sunflower Butter;
    1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract;
    Pinch Salt;
    in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed until smooth.
  3. Serve with :
    Chocolate Syrup ( Optional );
    drizzled into a glass or on top.

 

 

 

[ NOTE ]

Nut butters: Sunflower butter makes this a nut butter-free smoothie, but feel free to use your favorite nut butter here instead.
