Honey Berry Kombucha Smash

[ INGREDIENTS ]

Fresh Blueberries
Honey
Fresh Raspberries
Kombucha (Ginger or Strawberry)
Ginger Beer
Fresh Mint or Basil

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Place :
    1 Cup Fresh Blueberries;
    2 Tablespoons Honey;
    in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
  2. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until the berries are bursting and juicy.
  3. Turn off the heat and add the blueberries to a jar or bowl.
  4. Top with :
    1/2 Cup Fresh Raspberries;
    and add :
    1/2 Cup of Kombucha;.
  5. Muddle the berries with the kombucha until they are somewhat smashed.
  6. Fill two glasses with crushed ice.
  7. Add some of the smashed berry and kombucha mixture to each.
  8. Top with more kombucha, leaving a bit of room for the ginger beer.
  9. Top with :
    4 Ounces Ginger Beer;
  10. Add a bit more of the smashed berries on top.
  11. Garnish with :
    Fresh Mint or Basil, if Desired;.
