[ INGREDIENTS ]

Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
Coconut Water
Coconut Milk
Clementines
Ground Turmeric
Fresh Ginger
Vanilla Extract
Honey or Agave Nectar

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Place :
    1/4 Cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats;
    in a blender and process until finely ground.
  2. Add :
    1 Cup Coconut Water;
    2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk;
    2 Clementines Segments, Fresh or Frozen;
    1/2 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric;
    1 ( 1/2 Inch ) Fresh Ginger, Peeled and Roughly Chopped;
    1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract;
    1 Teaspoon Honey or Agave Nectar ( Optional );
    to the blender and process until smooth.
  3. For a thicker smoothie, let it stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
