[ INGREDIENTS ]

Elbows Pasta
Butter, Unsalted
Salt
Black Pepper
Cheddar Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Feta Cheese
Provolone Cheese
Smoked Gouda Cheese
Eggs
Evaporated Milk

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F or 180 C.
  2. In a large pot or dutch oven, cook :
    1 Box ( 16 Ounces ) Elbows Pasta;
    according to package directions, salting the water with :
    2 Teaspoons Salt;.
  3. Drain and return to the warm pot.
  4. Add :
    1/2 Cup Butter, Unsalted;
    to warm pasta and mix until melted.
  5. Season with :
    2 Teaspoons Salt;
    2 Teaspoons Black Pepper;.
  6. Add :
    1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded;
    1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded;
    2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese, Crumbled;
    1 Cup Provolone Cheese, Cut Into Small Pieces;
    1/2 Cup Smoked Gouda Cheese, Shredded;
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add :
    3 Eggs;
    1 Can ( 12 Ounces ) Evaporated Milk;
    mix until fully incorporated.
  9. Transfer to a 9 inch x 13 inch baking dish and top with :
    1 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded;.
  10. Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes, until the top has nicely browned.
