- Heat :

in a frying pan.
- Add :
1 1/2 White Onion Diced;
9 Garlic Cloves, Minced;
3 Medium Zucchini, Diced;
1 1/2 Eggplant, Diced;
3 Red Pepper, Diced;.
- Cook for a few minutes on a high heat until lightly browned.
- Add :
1 Can ( 15 Ounce ) Chopped Tomatoes;
2 Cups Water;
3 Teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar;
8 oz Spaghetti;.
- Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the
sauce has thickened.
Stir in :
3 Tablespoons Basil, Chopped; Salt, to Taste;
Black Pepper, to Taste;.

6 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast Flakes ( Optional );.
