Asparagus Basil Salad

[ INGREDIENTS ]

Asparagus
Grape Tomatoes
Avocado
Basil
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Dijon Mustard
Salt
Black Pepper

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Steam :
    1 Pound Asparagus, Trimmed and Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces
    for 5 to 7 minutes until fork tender.
  2. Place the asparagus in a large bowl.
  3. Add :
    1 Cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved;
    1 Ripe Avocado, Cut into Cubes;
    1 Cup Sliced Basil Leaves;
    into the large bowl.
  4. Stir in :
    1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil;
    2 Teaspoons Lemon Juice;
    2 Teaspoons Dijon;.
  5. Sprinkle with :
    1/2 Teaspoon Salt;
    1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper;.
  6. Serve
