- Combine :
 1 Cup Tomatoes, Finely Diced;
 1 Cup Cucumbers, Finely Diced;
 1 Cup Flat Leaf Parsley, Finely Diced;
 1 Cup Red Onion, Finely Diced;
 in a bowl.
- Drizzle in :
 2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil; then sprinkle :
 1/2 Teaspoon Salt;
 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper;
 over the top.
- Toss to combine. 
- Taste and add more salt, pepper, or olive oil as needed to suit your taste.
