- Combine :
 6 Cups Red Cabbage, Shredded;
 3 Cups Carrots, Shredded;
 1/4 Cup Shallots, Finely Chopped;
 1 Garlic Clove, Minced;
 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Coarsely Chopped;
 1 Teaspoon Orange Zest ;
 1/4 Cup Fresh Orange Juice;
 1/3 Cup Coconut Oil;
 1 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar or Honey;
 1 Teaspoon Salt;
 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper;
 in a large bowl and toss well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Stir well, then taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
