Cilantro-Lime Roasted Cauliflower

Cilantro-Lime Roasted Cauliflower

[ INGREDIENTS ]

Garlic
Cauliflower
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Cumin
Salt
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Lime Juice
Lime Zest
Cilantro

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F or 230 C.
  2. Smash :
    3 Garlic Cloves;
    with the side of the knife.
  3. Cut :
    1 1/2 Pound Cauliflower ( 6 Cups );
    into 1 Inch florets.
  4. Place the cauliflower florets and smashed garlic on a large rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle the cauliflower and garlic with :
    3 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil;.
  6. Season with :
    1 Teaspoon Cumin;
    Salt, to Taste;
    1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes;.
  7. Sprinkle evenly over cauliflower, tossing well to coat evenly.
  8. Bake in the center of the oven until browned and tender, about 25 to 30 minutes, turning the florets occasionally so they are evenly cooked.
  9. Remove from the oven, squeeze :
    1 Tablespoon Lime Juice;
    and top with :
    1 Teaspoon Lime Zest;
    1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro;.
  10. Serve warm.
