Easter Candy Popcorn

[ INGREDIENTS ]

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Popcorn Kernels
White Chocolate
Easter Oreo Cookies
Cadbury Mini Eggs
Easter M&M'S
Spring Sprinkles

 

 

 

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

  1. Put :
    2 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil;
    and :
    1/3 Cup Popcorn Kernels;
    in a large pot over medium-high.
  2. When the first kernel pops, cover the pot and remove it from the heat for about 30 seconds.
  3. Place pot back on the stove and once kernels start popping, vigorously shake the pot back and forth, keeping it on the heat.
  4. Once popping slows, take the pot off the heat and remove cover.
  5. Put the popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  6. Place :
    4 Ounce White Chocolate, Chopped;
    in a microwave safe bowl and place in the microwave for 1 minute at 40% heat.
  7. Stir mixture with a spoon and then repeat regimen at 30-second intervals, stirring in between each one, until chocolate is fully melted.
  8. Drizzle the white chocolate over popcorn and toss with crumbled :
    10 Easter Oreo Cookies;
    1 Cup Crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs;
    1/2 Cup Easter M&M'S;
    2 - 3 Tablespoon Spring Sprinkles;.
