- Line an 8 inch x 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Spread :
 Coconut Oil; along the bottom and sides of the pan and set aside.
- Place :
 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup; in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium heat and bring the maple syrup to a boil.
- Once boiling, boil for one minute.
- Remove the boiled maple syrup from the heat, 
- Add in :
 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter;
 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract;
 1/2 Teaspoon Salt;
 into the maple syrup.
- Stir until smooth.
- Place :
 4 Cups Granola; in a large bowl, then pour maple syrup mixture over the top.
- Stir well, until all of the granola is well coated.
- Stir in :
 1 Cup Chocolate Chips; 
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing and serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
